Kim is the founder and Chief Shine Officer of The Athena Conference, now known as the Athena Pack. The Athena Pack is a two and a half-day conference focused on the power of women as a force for good, change, and innovation. We bring together a national community of women focused on collaboration, education around topics in business, leadership, and community building that help you shine, elevating yourself by elevating those around you.
